Musikmesse: Underground Software Developers

Big conferences like Musikmesse mean all of us get pummeled
with press releases from big music developers. But this year, some of
the smaller (but no less beloved) audio developers got together a
"Sound of the Underground" booth at Musikmesse to show off their own
unique gems (thanks to Atariboy for the tip!). In the house:

U-he, airy(from plasq), alphakanal, beta bugs audio, Camel Audio and five12

It's like a who's who of great 'alternative' audio developers. Check the photos
on kvraudio. The quality of the sounds you can get from these small
developers with cheap or free plug-ins never ceases to astound me. Go
check them out — it's cheaper than airfare to conferences in Germany.
