Download the real demo, and you'll have a save-disabled (but unlimited) full version of Live 5. Then you can buy your upgrade when you're ready to. There's a deal right now if you want to upgrade and get Operator -- probably not worth it if you've got a bunch of synths and a copy of FM7, but if you're looking for a bread-and-butter FM + virtual analog instrument that meshes well with Live, could be a good deal.
