A three-way feed off the same mixer, simultaneously recording the same mic output, would be a darn nifty way to eliminate all the other variables. Same deal (3-way feed) recording some music. You'd have to set sampling rates the same on the recorders, etc... Darn fun project. Anybody got all 3 machines handy in the same place? I'm up here in the Twin Cities and can lay my hands on the Marantz and the Edirol... Anybody around here got the M-Audio box? I think this is a great idea.
