		<description>Good point, Carl. Audition is the ONLY app that does as well as Peak consistenly on these tests. (BarbaBatch does pretty well, too, but falls a little short on a test or two.)

That makes it: Audition as the choice on PC, Peak as the choice on Mac. (each being platform exclusive)

I just wish Audition had a cleaner interface; the program itself I love.

		<description>Heh - Adobe Audition (my editor of choice) performed as well and costs half as much.  It doesn't do scrubbing, though.
