How reliable/fast are these SFF with Linux? Can they replace a Muse Receptor?
Any latency issues when playing live on softsynths (i.e. Arturia)
Advice is appreciated.

I'm in the process of building an SFF right now. Actually it would be up and running save for the fact that the model I chose (Shuttle SNG595 V3) was supposedly compatible with AMD's X2 chips out of the box. Turns out it's not, or maybe just the one I got. Now I have to figure out how to pull the BIOS chip and send it to Shuttle so they can update it and send it back. Lame.

Other than that, so far so good. (fingers crossed). Definitely like the small size and putting it together was a breeze minus the aforementioned.
