		<description>Nice thoughts, Peter.

I agree that music, art and other forms of creativity can contribute to peace, healing and a sense of hope. I know this is an oversimplification, but I believe violent conflicts occur when people see no other alternatives to their problems and think they only way to solve them is through force. Creativity is the capacity to invent solutions that did not exist before, and it is also the ability to see potentials in situations and people instead of just obstacles and enemies.

I think that by contributing to the culture of creativity, most musicians and their music can help build foundations for peace.

Prayers for the peace-loving people caught in conflicts around the world.

<description>I was just thinking along these lines a few days ago. When we strip away politics and the hostilities of religion (or abuses of religion), we find we have way more in common than we might otherwise suppose. Probably lots of people that would get along really well, if they did not know what the other was part of. "I thought you were really cool, until I found out you are one of THOSE people."

Blessings,
