Thanks for the article Peter. Soon I'm going to put up a page with songs exclusively done with a very small amount of samples (all under the 15k mark) to demonstrate the heavy processing possibilies of the Piggey. I have an alpha unoptimized version of the DS now but so far it seems very deceptive with respect to processing power. If I get it to end up at a decent level, I'll first do straight port but would like to see how I can take opportunity of the touch screen for editing and possibly live performance.

more to come !!

I am trying to get him to use the touch screen for a kaos pad clone so you can send midi over wifi and control realtime parameters.

The tracker works MUCH faster than mousing around to add music, once you get the hang out it. It would be cool to cue loops in live mode using the stylus though..

Oooh, nice. Will the DS version take advantage of the stylus? I'm not a big fan of having to use what amounts to arrow keys for navigation; trackers to me seem to benefit from the ability to tap directly on stuff. (Faster than a mouse, theoretically!)
