Björk’s latest didn’t do it for me. I love a lot of her older work, but I found this very one dimensional. It lacks great melodies (although there are great moments) and adventures arrangements.

I got the Japanese release in the mail a while back without hearing anything about it... and it scared the hell out of me when I was listened to it the first time. I think that it's great, and it took a hell of a long time to get over here. They sure do release a lot of really cool EPs everywhere except here in the US, usually Japan and England get all the fun. I've only heard the "Earth Intruders (radio edit)" and I LOVE it. It sounds like a return to that old Bjork material when she was working with Matmos. I can't wait to pick up Volta!
