Three notes if you’re planning on doing the mod:

1. there’s an error in my writeup - the sidestick/snare analog switch is an SPDT, not a DPST (I gotta edit that writeup soon).

2. I’m happy to exchange emails with anybody to explain what or how I did it.

3. One guy started down the path of doing it, but ran into trouble and I haven’t heard from him since. He told me he was a circuit novice, so I think that was the source of his troubles. Nonetheless, if you email me, I’d be happy if you’d check your drum board version with mine to be sure that you’re modding the same rev.
