For anyone taking the train from SFO, just be aware that you have to take the BART North to San Bruno and then South to Millbrae to catch up with the Southbound Millbrae Caltrain… really annoying.

Oh, give into the urge. :) Fares have been on sale, in fact! The only trick is how to deal with SF’s nasty hotel costs. :\ If you stay near the airport, that’s on the train line both into the city and out to Ames, though, and there is a shuttle … that may be what I do, in fact.
