Let's see if I understand this correctly?
Digidesign, M-Audio, and Pro Tools all want us to buy their "industry standard" product, that they can't provide working drivers/software for with the exception of a hand full of approved name brand computer's and older O/S that you can't get on any new computer. And if their software isn't compatable with your system well your just up the river until they can come up with a patch? How about they give everyone their money back, until they have a working product that will run on more than a handful of systems. I love how they put it off on the consumer to figure out if their software will run on our system. How about an evaluation program we can run from Digidesign's site that will tell if our systems are going to work with your software? I bet you would get your driver and other software issues fixed very quickly. You should give unlimited free updates for the life of the product/boat anchors some of us ended up with. Talk is cheap, fix your product.

It is ridiculous that one of the worlds largest makers of audio software cannot produce 64 bit drivers. We all know for better performance you need more ram. With a 32 bit os we are stuck with a little over 3 gigs of ram. Most motherboards handle 8 gigs. A 64 bit os breaks that barrier. Even competitors software have 64 bit drivers. We don't want an apology from Digidesign, we want 64 bit drivers.

blah blah blah
just do your jobs so that i'm not sitting on a $1000 paper weight of an interface/software package.
apologize into one hand and crap in the other and see which one gets thrown at your company by the market.
