The Beatmaker folder was just a new addition this week. As there are lots of custom Beatmaker kits floating around with no official place to host or upload them. See this Intua forum thread here:

Yes this set works with Rapture LE. The windows installer includes a configuration for installing to the Rapture LE directory.
