My webpage is working on creating songs using ds homebrew, an ipod touch, nord wave synth, and actual instruments (bass, guitar, piano, etc…) We are constantly evolving our music and are working towards a local community which participates in making music over the internet. just skimming along so i’m not sure if anyone has already posted this, but some chiptune artists that will be appearing at the festival were interviewed for npr’s weekend america that aired dec 6. if you want to hear it i’m sure you can find the podcast.

for hacking, I use a R4 card, it’s really easy. There are other cards that work well.

right now I’m trying to learn C++ development for DS, for games and hopefully for crazy music apps.

I love DS for the amount of usable homebrew (not pirated games!) available for it and the form factor is nice.

I would totally go to this in NYC but I’m on the other side of the US

damn, i have a ds and would like to come to this but i live in NJ and have school-related commitments. i have no homebrew anything on my ds, though… can anyone recommend a guide of some kind? i’m bad at getting into electronics modifications–i just can’t seem to find stuff.
