		<description>The RIAA is always on the rampage, and this battle is very interesting... The real question is, if the RIAA wins, what is the ratio of how much is given to the RIAA, the label, and the artist. I&#039;m guessing it&#039;s something around 80:20:0... My thought to making it better for the RIAA (no more expensive lawyers) is making every &#039;single&#039; completely FREE, release all singles under creative commons. If it&#039;s on the radio it&#039;s free, period. Those are the most popular/pirated songs...
