[...] really liked you anyways. I don't really understand this iPhone app, but it looks interesting. It seems like you can use an iPod Touch/iPhone in conjunction with a Nintendo DS, hook them up to yo... Hopefully someone more in tune (get it? in tune? haha) with this stuff can explain and tell me if [...]

Wondering whether or not any of these apps would give control over the mouse draw sections in a Reaktor ensemble. Anyone know?

How is it that we're surrounded by people with bluetooth earpieces but music manufacturers haven't stuck a rechargable cell phone battery chargeable by USB into their devices and a touch of wifi? It's not as though midi transmits a great deal of data, and this may end up being the end-run around midi that so many of us hope for OSC.

Then again I've spent my morning wondering about the Albatron 22" multitouch supposedly shipping next month:

I don't really see why the average consumer would shell out for this to zoom in on photos but I can hardly imagine something more profoundly empowering to software-based performers that custom-made GUI elements with creative gestural multitouch capabilities.

5-fingered X-Y pads? Who doesn't want this right now? Riding the touch-screen mixing board? On-screen turntable scratching now with simultaneous faders, pitch knobs, etc..? Change your keyboard's layout from 12-notes to 18-note temperaments in a flash, make your own x-y zoned continuum clone? Press a button and your on-screen keyboard changes from qwerty to dvorak to protools shortcuts, with layers... let's get this ball rolling, people.

I love the people who c

Hope this could mean more DS apps, rather than just the existing ones get ported to that phone.
