It's something with an iPhone/iPad. What else is the eye there for? There's also a prominent finger with lines around signifying some sort of power. So it's most definitely a touch interface since its driven by the almighty finger.
As for the oscillators, I'd just go ahead with the simplest conclusion and say that it's a synth for the iPhone/iPad.
